Director Deng Shengyun:
Graduated from fine chemical major, Chemical and Material Engineering Academy, the “Pearl of the light industry higher education”---Wuxi Light Industry University (Jiangnan University). Bachelor’s degree, on-job postgraduate. Teached by Professor Cao Guangqun, Professor Mao Peikun and Staphan Lio. Worked on the development, production, QC of cosmetics, detergent, and sprayer. Once was technology chief, manager, QC person in charge. Chaired development, production and enterprise certification, full of working experience. Being responsible in full range of products’ research, manufacture and formulating, including skin cleaning, cream, gel, sunscreen, detergent, anti-freckle, hair care, sprayer, deodorant etc.. Have a superiority on listing prescription.
Master Fang Yihong: Ms Fang got the degree in Fujian Normal University. Main projecting on biological macromolecules. She worked on herbal functional components (comprising extraction of vegetal polysaccharide, vegetal protein, and research on their biological activity) and study on developing effective drug used, edible used, cosmetics used functional factor and bionic. Participated in 2 research projects funded via Fujian Education Department, 4 papers published, the first author of 2 papers. During 2007 to 2009, mainly work at development and research of herbal extraction in health function. Now, she devotes herself in how to add the extraction of herbs into cosmetics in a safe effective way, to achieve the effect of green skin care.
Zhang Qi: Dynamic Zhang graduated from fine chemical major, Chemical and Material Engineering Academy, the “Pearl of the light industry higher education”---Wuxi Light Industry University (Jiangnan University), Bachelor degree. Director Deng’s school brother. While he’s back at the university, Young Zhang followed the Master Chen Xin for surfactant and the cosmetics. Mr Zhang also worked on the research of the Gemini surfactant. After graduation, he continued his study of cosmetic and flocked prolific experience. During his days in Owlcare, he’s responsible for the manufacture of detergent and household cleaning products. However, Young Zhang never tired of studying, he’s focusing on the skin care right now.
R&D member Zhang Lina: This young cute girl graduated from Wuxi Light Industry University (former Jiangnan University). Under the guidance of Professor Ni Bangqing, she finished the essay about “Industrial synthesis of methyl carbonation section of distillation process design synthesis”. This hard working girl also got a certificate of the Quality Control. Now in Owlcare, Young cutie Zhang is working on the formulation of the face care products.
R&D member Xie Xiaoling: This serious girl graduated from the Fujian Normal University in 2008, bachelor's degree, major in applied chemistry, polymer chemistry. During the period of school, she made up her mind to enter fine chemical industry. After graduation, she finally did it ! In Owlcare, she’s mainly responsible for skin care, washing products. She also is the R & D section chief in successive. She’s involved with the plant and some Chinese herbal medicine extraction of active components, with Xiamen University Joint Laboratory. Cream, lotion, sunscreen and cleansing formula is her favorite.
R&D member Huang Zhuangzhi: The deep Huang graduated from Minjiang Collage, major in Chemistry and chemical engineering High Polymer Material, bachelor's degree. In School Period Chen WeiJian from mentor, he participated in researching cationic rosin surfactant synthesis and properties, investigated Sodium percarbonate active oxygen content in the determination conditions. After graduation, he focused on studying series of cosmetic's formula system, he also had a deep understanding on the formula of the six system structure especially in the raw materials. Proper selection of the multi-functional natural raw material. Continuously develop high efficiency, safety, and the trend of the new product.

Learning with the teacher Chen Xin, about research CE in Line enrichment technique. Under the guidance of professor Cao GuangQun , studied the cosmetics relevant process. Lively Ms Chen have solid foundation, and good at analysis and solve problems. She also got sensitive to smell and color , can distinguish color and smell fast and accurately.

Wang Xiaofang: R&D member. Graduated from Fujian Normal University Applied Chemistry Major. Specialized in Fine Chemicals, Applied Chemistry. Has laid a solid foundation of theoretical and experimental operations in the fine chemical industry. After graduation, she’s into raw material inspection, color and chemical license bid. Which can inspect raw materials in a rigorous, skilled way to ensure product quality; has accumulated rich experience in screening color and copy processing .
R&D member Chen Lihua: R&D technicians, China pharmaceutical university department of pharmacy. She has quite strong interests in cosmetic. After the graduation she had been engaged in quality supervision and inspection in cosmetics purification workshop. And she also can skillfully use all kinds of instruments in the inspection of the quality of cosmetics. She also carries out the health bureau of the microbial inspection technology about cosmetic all kinds of training and research by constantly improving professional knowledge, to ensure the quality of the products.
R&D member Yang Mei Xia: R & D department technician, graduated from the Fuzhou University in 2002, major in commodity inspection, bachelor degree. After graduation she’s been engaged in product analysis and testing, quality management. She accumulated rich experience in quality control, also can skillfully use a variety of modern analysis instruments of cosmetics determination, proficient in QC seven techniques, guard each procedure of the products for a pass.
R&D member Zhu Zheng: Ms cutie Zhu graduated from Zhangzhou Normal University in 2009, major in chemistry. During the period of school, she’s in Professor Liu Jiaming and Dr. Guo Hongxu's studies. Once she posted an essay: " a phosphomolybdate hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structure and quantum chemistry study". After graduation she’s into the inspection. Cutie Zhu has the deep understanding of this job, also, she can use a variety of modern analysis instruments to measure the concentration of the products, Ms Zhu have done her job strictly done.
R&D member Huang Lingli: The R&D team Inspection technicians, Graduated from Hubei Biological and Sciences Institute, Major in Biological engineering. Have many years of work experience, after graduation, she’s engaged in quality control, analysis and detection, etc. She also familiar with how to choose the examine standard, the formulation of the quality documents, and proficient use the instruments detection the quality of cosmetics. In the process of operation, her continuous learning and promote herself. She secure every procedure, of very product’s quality.
Dr. He Chenghua:
Graduated from Jiangsu Polytechnic University. Master Of Engineering. On-job PhD Candidate.
After graduation, young Mr He followed the Master Zhang Chunxian in ZhangGong Household Chemical Research Centre, and studied under the Master He Jianping in Xuanbo Cosmetics Technology Institute. By the inspiration of the Masters, young Mr He’s talent of making compound was fully stimulated. During his decades of cosmetics research, he has made outstanding contribution at cosmetics emulsion system, functional system, sensory and visual system, bionic system etc.. Via publishing essays, he was highly commended by the industry. Cooperated with Stapsan Lio in skin bionics, achieve breakthrough, solved the problem of skin absorption, made the skin absorbing the active ingredients far more efficiently.
